Ingredients
4 Ears of Corn
1/3cup Mayonnaise
1/3cup Sour Cream
1/4cup Cotija Cheese
1 Juiced Lime
5dash Tajin
2dash Fresh Jax Citrus Pepper
1 Zest of Lime
Instructions
Prepare the Corn
Shuck fresh ears of corn. Wrap each ear in wax paper and microwave on high 2 minutes per ear.
Grill the CornRemove corn from microwave, remove wax paper. Place corn on hot grill and char turning corn. Once desired color, is met, remove from grill and set aside.
Combine IngredientsIn bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cojita cheese, and the juice of the lime.
Add Corn to mixtureRoll ear in wet mixture, or remove corn from ear and add to wet mixture
Final TouchesFinish with dashes of Tajin, FreshJax spices and the zest of lime.
